Robert H. Davis, P.E. established the company in 1990, after more than twenty-five years experience as a plumbing/mechanical contractor and plumbing engineer. 

Over the years since, RHD continues its growth  by utilizing new technology and techniques to provide a high level of information for underground investigations.

In 2003 Joel Davis became President and owner of RHD Services. He continues to provide the exceptional client services that our clients have come to expect.
